Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Dream 111 you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Continuing to use the platform after we publish an update means you accept the revised version.

Your account

Dream 111 issues IDs through our verified support channel rather than a public sign-up form. To open one you will speak to a member of our team on WhatsApp and confirm the mobile number the account is linked to.

You are responsible for keeping your ID and password confidential, and for everything done through your account. Do not share your credentials with anyone. Our team will never ask you for your password, for a payment OTP, or for remote access to your device — if a message does, it is not from us.

Sharing credentials, allowing another person to use your account, or accessing an account that is not yours may result in suspension or closure.

Age restriction

This platform is for adults only. You must be 18 years of age or older, or the legal age required where you live, whichever is higher. By using this website you confirm that you meet that requirement.

We do not knowingly provide services to anyone below the applicable age. If we believe an account is held by a minor, we will close it.

Responsible use

Gaming involves financial and personal risk and should be treated as entertainment, never as a source of income. Dream 111 encourages you to set your own limits, to stop when it stops being enjoyable, and never to stake money you cannot afford to lose.

You can ask us at any time, and without giving a reason, to set a deposit limit on your account, to apply a cooling-off period, or to close the account entirely. We will settle any open balance to your registered account first.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, logos, graphics, icons, layout and design — belongs to Dream 111 or to the partners who supply it, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Financial transactions

Deposits, withdrawals and transfers are subject to applicable law and to our own procedures. Deposits made by UPI usually clear within seconds. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours to the UPI ID or bank account registered against your Dream 111 ID, and we take no fee at either end.

Bank transfers depend on your bank’s own processing windows and may take longer over a weekend or public holiday.

You are responsible for ensuring your transactions are lawful where you live. Any attempt at fraudulent, misleading or unlawful financial activity may lead to suspension of your account and, where required, referral to the relevant authorities.

Acceptable use

You agree not to do anything that disrupts, damages or interferes with the normal operation of this website or our services. In particular, you must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or to another user’s account;
• use bots, scrapers or any other automated system against the platform;
• abuse platform features, promotions or our support team;
• impersonate Dream 111, our staff or another user;
• use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Suspension of access

Dream 111 may suspend or close access to the platform at its discretion, particularly where we see misuse, a breach of these terms, or suspected unlawful activity. Where it is necessary to protect users or the integrity of the platform, we may act without notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. Updates are published on this page and take effect when published. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last revised, and we encourage you to check it periodically.
